Lasantha Jayawardena brings over 15 years of diverse experience across Australia and Sri Lanka in sectors such as Education, Banking & Financial Services, ICT, Government & Defence, Telecommunications, Retail, and Customer Service. His extensive professional background includes roles as a Senior Business Analyst, Project Manager, IT Consultant, and TEC Member at prestigious organizations like the Commonwealth Bank of Australia, Suncorp Group, Westpac Group, Nokia Solutions & Networks in Australia, and the Ministry of Defence and ICTA in Sri Lanka.

With a profound understanding of international universities, Lasantha has served as a Lecturer and Supervisor at Swinburne University of Technology, Western Sydney University, and the University of Moratuwa. His academic journey began in 2009 when he arrived in Australia as an international student to pursue a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science at Swinburne University of Technology. Having personally experienced the challenges and triumphs of being an international student, Lasantha offers a unique and empathetic perspective to those he guides.

Lasantha holds two Master's degrees: an MBA in International Business from the University of Colombo - Sri Lanka, and an MSc in Technology Management from Staffordshire University - UK, and a Bachelor's degree from Swinburne University of Technology - Australia. His scholarly contributions include several research papers published in reputable international journals.
